Who we are
AhoritaWeb is a service of AhoritaWorks, a Dutch sole proprietorship registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK 42037168), with its registered address at Lotusbloemweg 98, 1338 ZE Almere, the Netherlands. AhoritaWorks is the party responsible for the personal data you share with us under Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP).
What data we collect
When you request a preview through the form, we receive your name, email, business name and type, city or state, the optional link to your website or social profile, and the information you write about what your website needs. If the request moves forward, we may ask by email for materials such as photos, menu, services, prices, hours or address.
Site measurement
Google Analytics is not currently active. If it is enabled, this notice will be updated to explain the measurement and applicable consent. Form data is not sent to analytics tools.
What we use it for
We use the details to review your request, reply by email and, if you decide to continue, build, publish and maintain your website. We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes the submission
The form uses our hosting and transactional email providers only to receive the request and deliver it to AhoritaWeb's authorized inbox. These providers process the data as a technical part of the service.
How long we keep it
We keep the request while we review it and during the service relationship if you decide to continue. You may ask us to delete a request that does not proceed and its related materials, except for anything we must retain to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights) by emailing hola@ahoritaweb.com.mx. Use “ARCO rights” as the subject so we can identify your request.

If this notice changes, we will publish the updated version on this page.
