Who we are
AhoritaWeb builds websites for small businesses in Mexico. We are the party responsible for the personal data you share with us, in terms of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP).
What data we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, phone number and the information you send about your business: its name, address, hours, menu or services, prices and photos.
Site measurement
This site uses Google Analytics to measure, in aggregate, how many people visit and which buttons they use (for example, the WhatsApp button). That measurement never includes your name, phone number or the content of your messages. You can block it by disabling cookies in your browser; the site works the same without them.
What we use it for
Only to build, publish and maintain your website, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
If you decide not to go live, we archive your preview and delete your materials on request. If you cancel the monthly plan, we hand your content back to you.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights) regarding your data at any time by writing to hola@ahoritaweb.com.mx. We respond within the terms set by the LFPDPPP.
